Missing one item from a large order. They say it's on the camera that it was packed. We will order the missing item somewhere else. Embroidery was not consistent. Some of the logos were nice, some had letters too close together. We will be taking our several hundred dollar orders to another company.

I put in an order in person a few months before I needed it. My order took a month before the art was finalized. Then the sweaters didn't get ordered. I had to drive around town to find sweaters for them to print on to make my deadline.
They did a beautiful job! I got two dog collars embroidered with names and numbers and they turned out so much better than expected and the price was fantastic! I will definitely be returning!
