Thanks for sharing your thoughts, However, you have highlights from a previous stylist, I have already informed you that Balayage will only lighten from the end all the way to the mid strands of your hair, that means the new color will cover your previous highlights. Its impossible to pick up these highlights and separate them from the Balayage. If you don't agree with it, you could have returned the Groupon, why would you let me do it? My service for Balayage is $140 for the amount of your hair, you are paying half price of my original price from Groupon + PLUS I made some highlights for you for no charge. More over, I don't understand what you mentioned that it ended up the same color? I only do Balayage from the end to mid shift of your hair, I didn't do anything on the roots. I am sorry that our restroom and place are dirty on our busy days, I will be more cautious in the future. Thanks again for sharing your feedback. Pei

I bought a Groupon for Baylage but ended up with all over color which turned out good. Lower stars because I didn't get what I paid fir and the place and bathroom were dirty.

I went to get a hair cut last week. The place looks clean and professional. And owner Pei was very nice and listen to my concern and request. However, the hair cut result did not meet my expectation. I had to go to another hair stylist to trim the spotty back the next day. I would not recommend this place to my friends in the future.

I absolutely loved this salon. Pei especially was very sweet and worked really hard to style my hair just the way I like it. She worked late just to squeeze me in, and didn't rush at all. Thank you so much Pei, and I will definitely be returning.

I made an appointment and was superceded by a walk in. I was left waiting and received no service. Nothing else to say. Horrendous.
