Robert, we have searched our entire system in all stores, we were unable to locate any appointment or parts ordered for your vehicle. We actually have nothing, not even a vehicle purchased from our stores in our system from you. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding but all special order parts are reserved by VIN number and we cannot change vehicles once the parts are ordered VIN specific. Again, if something else happened outside of our control or a mistake was made I apologize sir.

I reserved a part to repair my truck . set me an appointment on the 30th of September shows up for the repair and told me they already sold the part two days before I got there to somebody else....it was a part that was backorder nationally....make your own judgement....

I'll start here.....I am a former employee of Nye. I worked for Summit Jeep when Nye purchased the franchise from Summit. I was asked to stay because I was the parts manager for Summit and the transition to Nye would have been impossible if I decided to leave. What a mistake. Let me explain, pay structures in the service and parts business tend to be salary plus commission. I stayed to help get the ball rolling and in November I decided it was time for a change. I found a new job, but appropriately, I gave a notice of 2 weeks and worked that entire 2 weeks. So I was Nyes employee until November 20th. From November 1st until November 20th, I worked my butt of and sold lots of parts and took great care of my customers. You know, my job! Now that we are in the 2nd week of December, all commissions for Nov have been paid. And I received no prorated bonus based on my sales from November 1-20. Folks, I can't stop you from doing business with Bill Nye the science guy,but let this review be a glimpse into the character of the directors of that company.
