Several bad expierence sure with this salon. Kept giving it another chance, until they left we with burns under my eyebrows that were so sever I was bleeding. Had to go to urgent care and was in serious pain. I told the waxer it was too hot several times and was dismissed by saying my skin is just sensitive, I had been a reoccurring customer every month for years for eyebrow services and know what it is and isnt supposed to feel like. Management could care less when I told them what happened to me, and showed pictures. Unbelievable lack of empathy from the employees that day. Also went for makeup and asked for a gold dewy look and got straight up yellow eye shadow. Wouldnt recommend going here if you want good customer service or quality services.

Waxing is bad. Got burns and teared skin, and still hairs and not smooth skin.Tipping was mistake and pay also. Though th Escalon itself seemed good. Did not try other services. But wouldn't try.
