We apologize for the experience you had at our events, we took a moment to reply as we wanted to look into ALL of your accusations towards our staff and company. As a company, we enforce policies; we do this for the greater good for everyone participating in our events. A vendor who cancels within two weeks of an event or does not attend, the vendor will not receive a refund. For the Red, White, & Brew event, you were given a free space as an exchange for your princess services during the event, but you canceled the day of the event, and unfortunately, we can't refund a free space. For the Holiday Market at University Town Center, although the Market was a part of the Mall at UTC's Holiday on the Greens, we were in charge of all the marketing for the market. We had over 4,000 people interested on Facebook and almost 2,000 RSVPs on Eventbrite. The mall asked us to change the hours of the market to a stager load in times for the different event areas, this creates a safer event environment for everyone participating. All vendors had a month notice of the market hour changes. UTC didn't open the event until later because it was too hot for the ice skating rink. All of which is out of our control. A majority of the individuals attending were coming for Holidays on the Green. Since the event didn't start until 6 PM, the first few hours of the market were slow. Since you left at 3:30 PM, you missed the busiest time of the event. It is inconsiderate to leave an event early not only for the event but also for the surrounding vendors. Empty vendor spaces hurt the look of a market, and when vendors go, other vendors want to leave, which gives patrons the look the market is closing. We understand why you are upset as you feel you weren't communicated with; however, ALL your emails were responded to in a timely fashion.
