We offered to redo the charm with the correct color, and we also offered you a full refund, both of which you refused. Our offer still stands to redo the charm. Thank you for your feedback.

I wouldnt recommend this jeweler for any custom work. Grant messed the first charm I had him make but decided to give him a second chance and he messed it up again. Charm was supposed to have black engraving but he did it in white. This was a Christmas gift with lots of meaning. Offered to repaint the charm after Christmas. Not only was engraving painted wrong but craftsmanship was terrible. Looked like something youd get out of a claw machine! Grant was full of excuses and very unprofessional. You could probably get better customer service and quality anywhere else!

I've had 2 bad experiences here. Brought my watch in. Called 3 times inquiring about it. After 2 weeks they hadn't looked at it so I picked it up and took it to the jeweler at Midcity Mall. The jeweler fixed it in 2 minutes then handed it back no charge. This time I took a signet ring in to be engraved. They said it would be 2 weeks and cost $80. Gave me an estimate in writing. Two weeks later they called and said it would be $100. If I didn't pay $100 I would have to pick it up so I agreed. I showed up today and showed the young lady the receipt for $80. She got defensive and said she called me to tell me the price had increased and I agreed. What happened to customer service. There was no "I understand your original estimate and that's what we will charge you." I would never go back there for anything.
