Bought my first vehicle from Wilde Toyota in West Allis. Would not recommend buying from there. First they messed up my paperwork and had all of the paper work ready to go and printed with the vin number for one car and the serial number for another car. So when I went to call insurance I had the vin number for a totally different vehicle. The dealership never even realized it, we did their job for them. Than they promised me a second car key and said they would call me on Friday for it, I had bought the car Wednesday. I never got a call that whole weekend. I called them the following week and they promised me the key would be ready on Saturday. Drove out there Saturday they said they had one key, sent me to the service shop and the shop didnt have the key. The dealership never ordered after they said they had 3 times. I would not recommend going to Wilde Toyota, completely ruined my first car buying experience. The staff was a little rude and very disorganized as well. I dealt with a sale associate and the manager, both where unhelpful. Highly unsatisfied.

2 stars only because of the fast service. The service writer wouldn't listen about a concern i had and dismissed a warranty repair needed to a side view mirror on my vehicle.
