My experience with the T-shirt shop began positive, as owner Jen was responsive and eager to assist. It was after placing the order that everything went sour, starting with my need to follow-up on the status of my order - days after the date I was advised it would be completed by. I made it clear upon pick-up of my order that I was not satisfied with their work. The quality of the embroidery was very poor (mangled lines, loose thread, color interpretation, etc.). Jens response, in front of another employee mind you, was that she would purchase the product from me and reimburse for the embroidery. As these were meant to be gifts for a company party a few days away, I chose to not take her up on that at the exact moment given the nature of the situation/timeline. Needless to say, the next week when I returned the products, Jen had a change of heart and REFUSED to cooperate with me. I can appreciate standing by your product, but do not LIE to your customers - you know, the ones that are always right? I was forced to eat the entire cost of the raw product, including embroidery, and disperse them at our company party -explaining to recipients we would get them redone as we werent satisfied with the product (they could tell why). Long story short: save yourself the headache and spend the extra money going to Scheels, or another reputable company, who will appropriately and respectfully address customer dissatisfaction.
Worst customer service!!! I brought 2 shirts in to get screen printed and when I picked one up it had a hole in it and a line across it, much lighter than the shirt. I called in to talk to the manager and she denied it and said the hole was already there, which was a TOTAL lie. The lady also had the worst attitude, was extremely rude, and provided horrible customer service. I will never go back to this store and recommend anyone else to use another store in town to get any items personalized.

I bought 5 stockings, brought them in and asked them to personalize them. Apparently the stockings I bought were too fluffy as you couldnt really see the embroidered names very well. They took them back and cut down some of the fluff. I did not like how they turned out and I expressed this. The owner got back to me very quickly and gave me options to help satisfy what I was looking for. To no fault of their own, they are embroidering new ones for me and even helping make it right. Very impressed with her customer service & with the help I received from her employee last night!
Rachel, I found this email in our spam folder this morning. I talked to Haakon, the person who worked on your order. In talking about the order, he informed that he had significant issues with your shirts because they were so thin. He placed blowout paper underneath the shirts, in between the shirts as well as on top of the shirts. None of these fixed the issue. We wanted to be able to complete your order, so I had him substitute any ruined shirts with our shirts. We always try to have every order come out perfectly, but in this case your shirts simply did not work with our processes, and that is beyond our control. Our best answer to try to have a happy customer in this case was to substitute our shirts. I am truly sorry that you are not satisfied with our solution. Thank you. Jennifer

Brought my own shirts in to have logo put on and the worker didnt put something inside shirt so 8 out of the 10 shirts i brought in had bled through so they replaced with their brand which we dont like because they shrink. i was not notified until after they were done and the worker made it sound like it was only a couple shirts. Terrible and waste of $185, recommend not recommend this store
