Sorry for the misunderstanding. I asked if you can supply the paper that you wanted for the artwork because we dont carry that in stock. We only carry 13x19 of matte poster paper. Also due to covid. We are not open full time and not open to the public without appointments. Our business is mainly online sales and delivery. Our offices are open for pickup only 2 days a week. You can purchase anything online at www.nycprint.com we are a commercial printing company and we dont really offer school art work project prints like that. You can go to staples for that in the future. Again sorry for the misunderstanding.

Wish I could give 0 stars, never answered my calls or emails and when they said they could print my one print, had me wait outside for half an hour to tell me that they couldnt do the print they said they could do for me. Guy told me to go to Michaels to buy the paper for him??? Like who says that to a customer?? If you couldnt do the job, tell me. It doesnt matter. What matters is that you wasted one week of my life trying to call back and forth and then another half hour when I was supposed to pick up. Ridiculous.

They are available to answer any questions you have regarding pricing and job submissions if you are having difficulties finding it online. We called to ask a question and they responded "are you having trouble with the website?" I guess they have trouble helping someone on the phone...
Overall a very satisfying experience. Jose and crew are the best and the nicest! They really knew how to interpret what we were thinking. Looking forward to the rest of the process with them.
My apologies for your inconvenience but the fruit of the looms t shirts that your husband brought in and insisted on us printing is 100 percent cotton and the ink doesn't sit well on those shirts. I guess he was trying to cut corners but we tried to fulfill the shirt order anyways. Lesson learned we will only print on shirts that we supply ourselves. Our other clients don't seem to have a problem.

If I could give a no star I would give a 0 star. They are by far the worst place to get a shirt. I told my husband to try this place because it was close to home and it had great reviews. My daughters shirt not only were late ( i was promised in a week n to pick up Thursday. They havent even done the order, didnt get them until Friday. A day before my daughters birthday) but the coloring on all shirts looked faded out. We couldn't even complain about it the next day because they're close on weekends. But I guess that was my mistake for not checking them before I got them. Never again go else where.
