Deserves no stars. He lost or sold my Marquis diamond. Lied to the Attorney General. Had me sign a paper where I picked up the ring, that he was replacing it with , I was just getting it appraised. He told the Attorney General I picked up my ring. The ring was very sentimental, from my deceased husband. He took 10 months for one reason and then another reason . He didn't have my ring any longer . He has three employees and they all knew what went on. I would not recommend anyone to go to this jewelry store.

I went in with a ring given to my mother that once belonged to her aunt who has now passed. The ring is at least 65 years old and was all messed up. Like it was a funky shape and everything. My mom just wanted to know about it as we didn't have a real hope for repair. Not only did the sweet lady tell me all about the ring but she also fixed it and shined it up! My mom is so delighted. We couldn't be more thankful for the quick restoration and friendly customer service. We thank you so much Lane Jewelers!
