Our apologies, we should not have responded that way to your request. We make every effort to be clear in all of our online presence that we only do large format printing; and we should have made it clear that we don't have the equipment to do same day printing of a thousand flyers. Had you not hung up, we would have been able to refer you to a traditional printer or copier in the area to contact.

Just called in for a quote for same day turn around and the lady who answered the phone laughed at me when I asked if they could do it today. Completely rude and will take my business elsewhere. -edit in response to the company's response- My request was for same day fliers, my mistake for calling a print shop in Spokane. I had also accidentally called other large print shops, wasn't laughed at but kindly pointed in the right direction, this company didn't deserve a moment more of my time after making me feel like a fool for even dialing their number
