I went to Studio 162 for the first time and left with the worst nails Ive ever even witnessed. Luckily for me they didnt even last a whole day. The nails were lumpy, mismatched colors, and came off within less than 24 hours. I reached out to the artist, Riley, about my concern (messaged nicely and even left a tip because she still devoted time to me) just to be met with a rude response. I even sent her these images and was then blocked. Unfortunately I didnt realize until after the fact that some friends of mine have gone through this same experience.
I will never go to this place nor recommend them to ANYONE! I called to inquire about specific colors I wanted to highlight my hair and not only did the receptionist laugh directly into the phone, she put the phone down and I heard the rest of the staff cracking up. I guess the fact that I just moved to the area and have an accent is hysterical to them. Unfortunately for them the process I was looking to have done would've cost upwards of $300 based on their price list since it was a combination of platinum service with other custom colors. If they have the audacity to laugh openly knowing I can hear them, I can on imagine what they say or do to their regular customers behind their back. Terrible customer service skills!
Asked for gray peek a boo highlights and got blonde because she said that was as light as we would get in a session. Went home and realized the back pieces that she did first actually got light enough and were kind of silver/gray but the front pieces that processed less were blonde. It was a mess. Just dyed it all pink.
