Freedom, After reading your review, Ive gone thru my quotes and orders log. On your original visit, I explained that we dont work on externally supplied t-shirts to produce a quality product, we print on inventory we supply. I provided you a variety of quotes to work within your budget. I spent a great deal of time justifying my costs and expenses; from managing chemicals and ensuring environmental standards are met. After trying a variety of combinations to meet your budget, you shared you had quote from another business. I was honest and told you I couldnt match that you should go to the competitor. I admired your zealous and passion to blaze a trail. When you came back and asked that we do the work, we completely booked up and didnt really have the bandwidth to take on another rush order. I agreed to do so, even agreeing to use your externally purchased t-shirt and giving you a deep discount to support your personal non-profit organization. This required that I worked on the weekend and driving in from the country during bad weather to have it ready for you. Im very disappointed after going to such lengths to assist you and your personal foundation. More, Im sadden by your prejudice against an older work force who went way beyond to support and assist you. I wish you luck in the future.

I had about 50 plain tees sent to this place for printing. The old lady that works there was very unpleasant to deal with although I tried to be courteous and respectful. She always seemed annoyed or agitated to help or answer any questions I had. She once even complained rudely that she drove hours to come and print my shirts after I had given this lady more than 3 weeks, claiming I gave her a short notice. Overall my experience with her and the entire business was mediocre. I never returned there since. And I tell everyone I know that she's terrible. She doesn't seem to trust others that are different from her fairly or respectfully.
You just cant beat their great ideas or their customer service. When loyal customers have family/life crisis, they go way beyond the extra mile. (An hour before I was scheduled to pick up the t-shirts for the state tournaments my younger daughter broke her leg - by the time I got her home and settled, it was long past closing time. But the owner went out of her way to follow up and even swung by and delivered them because she knew they had to go with the team in the morning). That's just the kind of folks they are.
