I am writing this review reluctantly since JRA are really great people especially Melissa. This review is for JRA's Call Center which has under delivered and underperformed. I also would like to say that I have expressed my concerns to them directly on numerous occasions but with the same outcome. The idea of a call center for Junk Removal was amazing in particular for small size operations. My concerns: Extremely long wait time up to 10-15 minutes before your call will be answered Missed Calls where the caller simply hang-ups. Wrong pricing giving to customer Not saying Company name correctly Not active listeners asking the customer to repeat often what the customer has already said Long time to discern if the caller is in the companies service area Poor Call connection Command of English and pronunciation could be better. Lack of analytics to measure their performance. I do use JRA to manage my Google Ads campaign and Brandon is great. JRA's response was that I should hire there dedicated call center rep but after my experience with there call center I was leery. I hope that they can get this turned around I know that the labor market is extremely tight. And the pandemic has caused other problems. Just know what you are getting into before you buy this service.

I too got scammed. Wake up folks, don't fall for it. The call center wants to charge you $30 NOT FOR A JOB, but for ANY type of random appointment for you to ride out in your truck to BURN YOUR GAS. So only are you out 30 bucks for someone that won't pay for you to haul, you also out of gas at $6 a gallon. The marketing guy here also ran my credit card for OVER $4000 in Google Ads and I got maybe 3 jobs. I also see about 4 other Junk Haulers in my area using JRA, they take our money all in the same area t. Run

I first came across junk removal when I was researching home-service franchises. After the territories I was interested in were sold, I came across JRA and the business package. I do not regret my decision to partner with JRA. The support has been excellent. I went down to North Carolina before launching my business and spent time in the classroom with Sam, Lee, and Christian and spent time on the truck. JRA has managed my google ads (shoutout to Steven and Mike) and website from the start. This allowed me to focus my attention on the other aspects of starting a junk removal business. As we grew I was able to add the backup call center service. We recently added SEO to the mix (shoutout to Carly). I recommend JRA highly to those looking to grow or start a junk removal business.

JRA has been amazing! They are quick to respond to my calls/requests even while helping business owners on a national scale. I have zero doubt that my hard earned dollars are well invested in the services that JRA provides. All of the JRA team members have been fantastic, but I have to give a special thank you to Garrett, Brandon, and Sheldon for being rockstars in their areas of expertise. JRA is the way to go if you want to take your business to the next level or start off ahead of the curve with your brand new business!
