Unfriendly and lacked knowledge. Also as soon as I walked up an employee practically blew smoke in my face!
We did not experience the exceptional customer service the other reviewers evidently have. We were never assigned a rep to handle our order; instead, all correspondence was from their info@ address. They sent us the wrong proofs twice; the first time featured an entirely different company's logo on it. We waited a full month between approving the digital proofs and being told our order was ready for pickup. When we asked them why they weren't shipping it, they simply said, "we didn't know you wanted that." I've never personally worked with a printer who didn't already ship their orders by default, but even so, I think it's the safest option during a pandemic. Despite the delays this misunderstanding caused, they were very quick to invoice us, and followed up every day for 3-4 days. Meanwhile, our shipment was nowhere to be found. When we asked after it, they told us they would ship as soon as they received payment! Given the issues we experienced with the proofs, we obviously didn't want to remit payment before seeing how the final product turned out, but at their insistence we settled for a photograph. We didn't receive the delivery for another 3 weeks. The entire process took over two months and was painful from start to finish. If you're local, and perhaps outside of the overwhelming challenges of the pandemic, you may receive better service.
This was horrible customer service I was hung up on mid-conversation..
