We are very sorry for the problems and inconvenience with the frame you received from us. We would love for you to contact us and give us the opportunity to rectify the situation. A new frame should never start chipping, that is not acceptable. May we suggesting for you to return the frame so we can request from our manufacturer new frame material and build a new frame for you? We are aware that some of our customers had to wait for their frames about 2 months to be ready for pick up. This inconvenience was related to the pandemic back log at our framing vendors and due to understaffing, which was a common problem for most industries. Currently, we are working at our regular turn around time, which is about 3-6 weeks and standard for custom picture framing, depending on the scope of framing project and material availability. We can assure you that we never use cheap materials. It is our priority that your art is framed with high quality framing materials and techniques and that you feel you got what you paid for. Obviously, you dont feel happy with the frame and rightfully, left us this review. We would like to get another opportunity to prove that you chose the right frame shop. I paid $750 to frame a museum print. Paid way more than I had budgeted for, but when the price is totaled, my solace was that at least Id have the print in a high quality frame that would last forever, so I thought. After the 2 months it took for the store to frame the piece, and just 3 months after taking it home, the white paint began to chip from the brand new frame leaving a bunch of paint chips on the floor and the frame looking cheap and tattered. Total waste of money. Do not go here. I wouldve been better off going to Michaels to buy a frame and mount it myself.

I took two Louis Vuitton bandanas to get framed waited about three weeks and was very satisfied with their work these guys are very professional they don't push anything on you they give you their creative ideas to help you get the thinking cap going you have to remember that they do everything custom surprise will be High but well worth it when you see the finished work Museum quality in my opinion LOL

Amazing service thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only drawback is the expense, which is on the high side, even for a custom framer.
