This has been the worst experience ever! I have been looking for someone to do a partial sew in for some time. I found Kesha on line and was really impressed with my initial texting interaction. I made the initial appointment and was looking forward to working wit her. During the initial appointment she encouraged me to have a hairpiece made instead of continuing to install numerous tracks. She said she would be able to do that and she would be able to match it with my natural and highlighted hair color. She took measurements to ensure that the piece would be wide enough. She also took note of the color. I then scheduled another an appointment to have a hairpiece installed. Unfortunately she canceled three times in a row. When I arrived for this appointment which was to be at 6 PM she had someone else in the chair. This person left at 7 PM. My appointment now an hour late. Which I understand running behind happens, however I found out that it was her daughter that was in the chair. The same daughter that she lives with. Now Why could her daughter not of waited to get her hair done when her mother got home. Why was I a client informed I had to wait.? Once I was actually able to see her, she installed the piece that she made. She styled it and sent me on my way. Once home I noticed it was much too short and did not fill in my hair on each side. In addition to that, The color was nowhere near matching. I texted her and explain this to her and asked her when she could get me back in to fix the problem. I never heard from her again, until I texted her a week later. We then made another appointment for the following Thursday at 5 PM. She canceled that appointment And rescheduled me for Friday at 5 PM. She canceled that until 7 PM Friday night, then till 8 PM Friday night, and lastly I got in her chair Friday night at 9:40 PM. And guess what the piece that she was supposed to of made.... she hadnt made it. She then proceeded to make the new hairpiece with me in the chair. She highlighted it got the color wrong the first time re-highlighted it again and got it wrong again. Needless to say I will never go back. I am a loyal customer and will continue to reward a person that delivers excellent service. This was some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. This woman is not professional. Beware!

I went for a consultation after having my hair damaged by another beautician. Kesha fixed my damaged hair and left me looking amazing. Her shop is amazing, her energy is so amazing.
