Hello, our apologies for the mixup with regards to your appointment. The tech that was scheduled to work with you on that was in a car accident while on the way in to work and didn't make it to the shop that day. We learned this after you had already left. Since we didn't have any contact information for you we couldn't call you to reschedule with you as we would of liked to do. There is no charge to explain things and we would like to have you give us a call to reschedule this with us and I will personally assist you with any computer questions you may have. Thank you and again our sincere apologies for the issue! Lastly, we don't share space with anyone, we have a gift shop within our location with candles and other gift items just like Cracker Barrel has.

I had called for an appointment and had one scheduled. The man I spoke to told me he could help remove the viruses from my son's computer and teach him how to prevent getting viruses. When we showed up, the man behind the counter was not able to help us and said there were two other guys who we probably made the appointment with. I asked him to call those people and see if they were coming. No one responded back to him. He tried his best to help my son and we waited for 35 minutes. One of the other "guys" showed up and also didn't know anything about our appointment. He said we should leave the computer and it would cost $99 to remove the viruses. When I asked him how we could prevent viruses in the future, he said, "Be careful." I explained that my son didn't know how to "be careful" and asked if he could explain that. He could't and just said that you learn from experience. I was thoroughly unimpressed with my experience at this store. It also shared a space with someone who sells candles and the small was very strong. Not organized and not helpful.

I have a feeling that when you stopped in, you most likely dealt with someone who wasn't a tech, but a service advisor. If you were asking technical questions you would usually be referred to me if I am there, or asked to call or stop by when I'm in the shop, typically after 2pm every day. I've been working in this field for over 21 years, and I can assure you that I am fully capable of answering your questions. I invite you to get in touch with me the next time you need something, I won't steer you wrong. That being said, we do indeed have some used items for sale, and they are marked as such. The used items are also typically about half the price of new ones. We never sell a used item to someone as a new item, but if the item still works we offer it as a cheaper alternative for our customers.

Old used components steep prices and under knowledgable for running a pc shop. They are not great but if you need somthing simple or a phone repaired it's the closest thing
