Very unprofessional and unfriendly atmosphere. New owner lacks professionalism and experience. If you are under 21 and want to spend $120 on a blow out this is the place for you.

Stylist cut hair several inches shorter than I wanted. she should've asked if the length she was cutting my hair was alright before making a chop of nearly 10 inches. Haircut also wasn't even. Asked for a balayage and got a few highlights here and there. It also took her a few hours to do it. Some highlights did not get any toner so there were some bleached orange-blond streaks in black hair. She asked me if I could come early as she had availability, I said yes. Then she ended up making me wait an extra 20 minutes after my original appointment time before starting. I got my hair fixed a few months later somewhere else and not only did I get my desired balayage, it was done in half the time while fixing the streaky highlights. Also a different stylist was not wearing a mask when it was required by NYS mandate (back in the winter when COVID was getting bad) and the salon explicitly posted on their social media that their stylists and customers would be required to wear a mask.
