The leads came in Saturday night after we were closed for the weekend. We have an automated response that goes out when we are closed. We attempted a call on Monday morning September 9th but after ringing the call disconnected. Inquired online last Sunday about a vehicle and got the usual automated response that I would be contacted next business day. I got an automated reply again Friday. No phone calls though! That's alright though, I purchased a vehicle from another dealer. Their loss!

Don't do business here! When I purchased a vehicle here from Autos by Nelson last year one head light was out after I left the parking lot, temostat was bad, spark plugs were soild back, one of the rear tires were flat just the test drive, the oil needed changing, and the cabin air filter and air filter in under hood looked as if they have never been changed. I had to replace all of these the first week of owning of the car.
Hello John, I am sorry that you have a poor impression of our dealership. The vehicle you are referring to was in the shop going through our inspection and service prior to arriving at the dealership for retail sale. We run all vehicles through a detailed inspection and make sure that everything is in tip top shape prior to displaying it for retail sale. This vehicle was just acquired and had not made it through this process. I apologize for not keeping you in the loop better. I hope that you are able to find just what you were looking for.

bad experience. starting calling on a Monday about a used car they had. called 3 more times and finally got a response on Friday. Took forever to get a few simple pictures sent(had told salesperson as soon as i got pics we would start the paperwork to do the deal) and shortly after getting them was told car was sold to another dealership.
