I reached out to this vendor a month in advance of my event, and I was given a date in Oct to confirm the order. I asked the vendor if I could add some customization to the order using images from their site. I was told I was not able to because they do not make hand crafted cookies. Keep in mind, I was only requesting a few cookies with customization, not an entirely new set. After sending a few emails back and forth, I told them I was fine with what they could offer and I would pay the invoice ASAP. They responded to my confirmation email telling me this is messy and it would be best I found another vendor. They cancelled an order I confirmed with them in writing multiple times just a week before my event knowing there is no way I would be able to find another vendor in such a short time. Completely unprofessional and I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone! Please view email thread for a glimpse at their customer service and cancellation of my order that I confirmed multiple times.

Great company to work with. Jenna is able to create any cookie that I want. I love that all cookies come wrapped and that is not an extra charge. They are very efficient and can turn orders around pretty quickly!
