Don't use this service! I was hesitant to use them at first and then I received a call from the owner asking me to give them a shot as their professionals had over 25 years of experience. I then requested the service and it was a 3 day plumbing nightmare. After his "professional" left on the first day of work, I had 2 toilets overflowing and sewer was returning through the shower drains. One of my bedrooms carpet was completely socked by sewer water and it needs replacement. He sent in a different guy on the second day and $400 later and over 4 hours of labor, problem was not resolved. They guy even made me go to Home Depot and purchase a new toilet. On the 3rd day, I called a plumber, not HOMEE, and all I had was a clogged pipe. It took the plumber 15 minutes to resolve the problem with the proper equipment. I called HOMEE and spoke with the owner, and I explained the problem. He apologized and said their service is not for everybody and he would refund me for ALL the fees and charges associated with my bad experience. I still have not seen the refund and after multiple phone calls, the owner finally answered the phone and said, very unprofessionally, that I'm confused. He said he is not refunding me for the second job and that I could file a claim with my credit card if I wanted to. He then hung up the phone on me for the second time. Conclusion: I paid a whole lot of money for nothing, they don't have any qualified "professionals", their word means nothing and they don't know how to treat a customer.

Ok I think Ive read enough here to understand its exactly what I thought was going on excuse after excuse and just enough to keep you holding on that one of your bids might go threw. My husband has been sent out on 10 jobs to do bids and has not received one job all on our own dime. We have our own good name & insurance and are listed number one in a google search we dont need anymore headaches or excuses.proud to say bye bye loose our number. #tired of doing everything for nothing. No excuse or reply needed

I just had a super-excellent experience with the Homee App here in Jacksonville. My local manager, Lindsey T was excellent in helping me navigate the app and my installer Ray was ontime, did great work and is going to come back for more work. I am VERY impressed with the quality of the contractor provided by HOMEE. If you are not sure about a contractor, these guys are great!

I agree with the opinion of the lady who wrote earlier regarding her boyfriend because I was a worker in that company as well. in which I worked for more than two years and with a record of 4.9 of 5 maximum and when I compensated everything went well but then that company was losing seriousness to the point that I was cheated and cheated in 2 occasions. as I have the knowledge of not being the only one that happened to this fraud and scam so I do not recommend to anyone that I worked with this company and if that worker is more Hispanic since they always try to justify that they do not understand the workers who speak Spanish to run over and cheat them.
