Prices have jumped up exponentially and over quality of the grooming has decreased. Also booked out a month or more normally for small dogs even.

I'll start my review by saying the staff was very kind. They take their job seriously and try to greet and help you when you enter the building. They just struggle to answer the phone or give timely call backs. As far as the grooming it was the most expensive I've come across in the Fargo area in 6 years of owning a dog. They also pushed back on the requested haircut I asked for my dog. I allowed them to go with what they thought was best and what I ended up with was a dog who had less than half her hair cut. Tried to call in and talk to someone yet no one would answer. Brought my dog back in and had them finish the haircut up to my standards. The hair cut ended up great but the ended up slicing the heck out of my pups back toe. They originally told me it was a scratch but once she got home the blood started flowing. Accidents happen but all of this together made for a grooming experience that we wont be going back to experience again.

Home Away From Home has been so good to our dog when we have been gone. He has limping a little bit so they brought him next door to Prairie Winds just to make sure everything was OK. They go above and beyond to make sure any animal is taken care of like it was their own! Thank you for everything you have done.

Fantastic place. Winston loves going there. Staff is friendly and very good with our pets. Would highly recommend.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago over the phone for Sunday July 10th at 2PM (that was there soonest possible time they could fit my pup in for his first cut). I walk in and wasnt even greeted with a friendly hello. All the receptionist said to me was whats your name. She then went on to tell me there was no appointment made under that name and that they were fully booked for today. She did not offer any solution to make this situation right. After I complained as I came back to town early for this appointment I was very frustrated. She said the best she could do was that she could fit my pup in tomorrow for a bath and blow dry? I needed a full service haircut Point being I would take your dog else where for their grooming needs
