I forgot about my daughters school dance and tried to book a last minute appointment online an there was nothing available. I called and the owner found a way to squeeze her in just in time. The customer service was top tier so was my daughters mani/pedi. The location is unique and was one of the best looking beauty bars Ive ever seen. Bout time Charlotte got a spot like this in the city! I will forever be trapped out at the trap beauty bar. They made my daughters experience 1 of 1.

Not sure why this beautiful business is obviously being attacked. The services I received were perfect. The owner was respectful and kind. Loved the style of her layout. I am sure she put her own sweat, money and tears into it.

I got a Brazilian wax a few weeks ago and there was no paper laid on the table, luckily I was wearing a long tunic that I was able to lay on. The esthetician was rushing because she was in the middle of getting her nails done when I arrived for my appointment. She was blowing the acrylic dry as she was setting up, and ended up leaving a patch of hair on my panty line.
