Agree with other customers. Terrible customer service. Quick to take my money. They don't respond to emails and they simply do not care. Avoid this company.

Great company to work for and I love my job. I started in customer service almost 18 years ago. Soon I was promoted to Regional Sale Manager working in the field due to hard work. I thank the owners and management for their support in helping me succeed. When I have made mistakes they have been fair. I hope I am around until I am 70. I love my job!

Poor customer service, we have spend two hours shopping for product at LV market only to be told that the terms we were given do not exist. Your sales people give misleading information as far as the terms and shipping. Thank you but we will skip your showroom next year.
