If you are seriously in need of help, please don't waste your time or money with this business. Horrible communication, "doctors" are always overbooked and they will most likely give you a inexperienced student or counselor. Communication is nonexistent. They charged us for services we never received and then stopped communicating completely out of nowhere. Please seek help at a more reliable and trustworthy office.

The owner manages scheduling and will not allow you to speak with your counselor when you leave them a message. Additionally, they run this business on lies and secrecy about the reasons they are really doing things. If you had a problem when you went in, don't expect them to solve it. Also, you could leave feeling worse or they make you feel something is really wrong with you, when you are just trying to work on your relationship. Emotional intimacy is what they focus on, but therapists are not very sensitive. It's a nice atmosphere when you walk into the office and the meeting spaces. They don't value their clients and they will give their own opinions, and expect you to follow what they say or they could become pushy. Will not return to this practice again. Also, many of the practitioners aren't licensed and are under supervision, but the licensed therapist is never around during sessions to be available to clients. The price for each 50 minute session is at least $110/hour and they don't respond to emails or even answer them during your session, nor prepare for your meeting or follow up on assignments from the previous session. Seems like they are running a business to make money and their customers are an afterthought.

The owner of this practice, Ms. Elayne Smith, is amazing. She bent over backwards to accommodate our needs in a very complex situation. She was not our therapist but helped us get connected with resources and information from the first time we called. Very responsive to every contact. Prior to that we had been bounced around several other practices and therapists, waiting lists, insurance problems, not calling us back, saying they could help when they could not, not knowing what they were doing. We were desperate and stressed out and finding this place was a true blessing. Our therapists were also amazing, they knew exactly how to help us and were excellent at their craft. They treat you like a person and yet also very professional. Recommended them to friends and neighbors who also love them.

Genuine therapist who cared about my progress. Worked hard to gain my trust as talking about myself was hard for me. Ended up working on a variety of things and now I go back when I need to. Would recommend this place, for men in particular. People in my life tell me they have noticed a big difference in how I come across. Five stars to intake line person, who I believe is also the owner, she took time to answer my questions and assisted me with a billing issue when my therapist was out of town.
