Jody at Toucan had my first review deleted. He is very rude and arrogant. Treated my disabled mother very disrespectfully. Avoid this place at all costs. Keep having my reviews deleted Jody, you will be exposed for the jerk you are.

I needed a shirt embroidered last minute right before Christmas for a friend going through a hard time. I had called multiple places, and everyone told me they didn't have the time to help me. I was ready to give up, but after hearing my friend's tragic story, Jody and his associates went out of their way to embroider a very special image on 2 shirts for my friend. He returned the shirts to me the very next day and they were absolutely perfect. Needless to say, they made an amazing first impact. They genuinely cared about my friend's sad situation, and went above and beyond on such a short notice. I have been telling everyone my experience with them bc it really touched my heart. I don't get things embroidered often, but I won't go or recommend anywhere else but Toucan.

I contacted this company to get a quote on shirts for a fund raiser for our very own soldiers christmas party next year. Our guys were deployed this past year. Not only was the guy a little rude when I told him I created my own design. But asked if he could do a military discount. He said They are a screen printing company kinda like the cookie makers for the girl scouts... Well, thank you for your patronage and we will never do business with you.
