I had to back up the post I just read on Nick This guy definitely should not be working at this location. He reminds me of a last ditch effort by a branch to have someone cover hours.

Do not bother going into the branch to discuss your mortgage and escrow account. They will just call the 1-800 on speaker, and wait on hold, and get you to repeat everything you just asked them to the person on the phone. I could have just called the 1-800 number myself and saved the trip.

I Came here to complain about Nick well I guess Im a little to late. This pandemic has left business struggling to have people work for them, And this branch needs help. I can tell by the lack of not only friendliness by the staff but how Irresponsible Nick is.Bbnt Is definitely not a bank worth dealing with. I read on another bbnt review that there new slogan is....Bbnt banking made difficult thats about as accurate as it gets.
