Ludmila, thanks for pointing out the free information you were provided was valuable. That is the goal of our free seminars. However, the next section of your reviews mentions "high pressure sales tactics" which our organization is very unaware of and does not condone. While we do have have many individuals that want to help potential customers make the right decision on getting the help they deserve, we're unfamiliar with having anyone that attempts to "pressure" someone into making a decision on choosing to get help or not. The customer service department has no record of mentioning or ever offering a $500 Visa card as you've described above but we can certainly look further into this matter. Thank you for taking the time to attend our event and leave feedback!

I spent an hour and a half of my time listening to a presentation that at first, provided quite a bit of valuable information in regards of the legalese of having a timeshare and how it could become a major liability in the future. HOWEVER, that value ended when the presentation was over. Nothing but a high pressure tactic to pay tens of thousands of dollars on the spot to "get out" of a contract, with no mean to validate whether the values and amounts offered by said "resorts" were based on reality other than what they said on a random piece of paper, and a lot of pressure to spend that money on the spot, otherwise the offer was off the table. "No, thank you very much", we said, as it is silly that you end up buying a timeshare using high pressure tactics and this company tries to engage in the same techniques to get rid of it. I guess that this bait and switch is what this company is all about. To add insult to injury, this "$500 shopping card" was nothing but a scam. Instead of a $500 VISA card as any other serious company will offer, what we got instead was a scammy plastic card from a company called shoppingcard.com that is nothing but a coupon supposedly worth $500, because if you try to use it for something other than movie tickets the system crashes. Save your time, contact a reputable law firm, because if this is what a A+ BBB company looks like, I have little to say about this supposedly rating system.
Anthony, it is very common practice for every major corporation that has a call center to purchase local numbers nationwide. This actually allows clients to see that the potential of the unsaved phone number calling is not spam. We're sorry that you found it to be the opposite. Kindly send us an email to [email protected] with the contact information you'd like to have removed from our database and we will be happy to do so. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review!

This company spam calls people with local numbers somehow. They claim to have received your info from somewhere else and try shady tactics. Do not trust!
John, thank you for taking the time to leave a stellar review! As always, we really appreciate our customers and even potential customers taking time out of their day to leave a review for us! Thanks again!!

My wife and I were skeptical going into the presentation, we felt that it would be a waste of our time. The presentation was very informative, the presenter (Levi) was knowledgeable and interactive. Our representative (Kim) was very personable and friendly. The president of Timeshare Help Source, Charles Hearn, even called me personally to ask me about my experience, which gave me a lot of confidence in the company.
Susie, we apologize for your frustration by receiving a piece of mail from us. Whether this was a clerical error on our end or not, we will be happy to help you with making sure your residence receives no future mail. If you can please visit our website at www.TimeshareHelpSource.com and use the contact box there, you'll be able to provide the information privately that we need in order to look your information up and remove it from our system. We can't find any data in our system with the little information that was provided on this Google review so this would be the next step to helping you. We kindly ask that you remove this review from Google once we've assisted you via our website. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and confusion.
