Zdecydownie nie polecam, wrecz odradzam korzystanie z firmy przewozowej Poland Express Ltd. Arogancki kierowca, ktory nie ma podejscia do klienta. Bezczelnie klamal w zywe oczy kiedy oddawalismy paczki mowiac ze juz je zwazyl (wagi nie mial) i rzucal wymyslonymi kilogramami (na oko). Powiedzial ze paczki waza 80kg a kiedy dojechaly do Polski to okazalo sie ze wazyly tylko 50kilo! Kiedy zadzwonilem do niego zeby mu o tym powiedziec, stawal w opozycji, nie potrafil przeprosic tylko sie jeszcze klocil. Zostalem oszukany, bardzo jestem niezadowolony i rozgoryczony takim podejsciem do klienta (a raczej jego brakiem). Nigdy wiecej tej firmy. Nie polecam, omijajcie szerokim lukiem.

Bardzo aroganckie zachowanie kuriera. Rzucaja paczkami na oczach klienta, finalnie nie odbieraja telefonow - wiec paczki nie da sie odebrac. Uwaga - firma krzak. Omijac szerokim lukiem.

honest company that does the job that you paid for. Customer service is not a priority but they have been very reliable so far in all our transactions and they are also quick. None of the parcels had any damage and they charge a very very reasonable fee. Recommended!
