I booked an appointment online and was excited to get my hair cut. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, i was sat down and they were all very chatty and kind. I was asked if I wanted a treatment put on my hair for an extra 10 and I agreed as my hair was very damaged. I had my hair washed and it wasn't the most relaxing experience. The lady washing my hair was quite rough and I could feel lots of my hair being pulled out . After my hair was finished being washed I was sat down and the lady asked me how much hair I wanted cut off and I said about an inch. She started cutting but didn't ask what I wanted done to my hair. It's quite a choppy cut and still very damaged. I feel like the whole process was very rushed. It was not the most relaxing experience as I left the salon with quite a sore head from all the tugging and pulling. Also I'm not sure what I paid for exactly but I feel like it was kinda pricey. The prices in the leflet they gave me made it look reasonable but after paying 45 I'm not sure what I agreed to. Lovely staff but interesting methods. I'm not sure I'll be going again.

After being messed about 3/4 times, trying to move my appointment back and forth and even push the date back to later than I had booked - I arrived early for my appointment, that I had been looking forward to for almost a month. I was waiting for nearly an hour and a half before anything was done to my hair. I was moved from one seat to another to delay them doing anything, their excuse was that they were busy but waiting this long isnt acceptable. The hair turned out ok, but wasnt what I wanted at all, my hair did not look any different when I left nor was it worth the price. The atmosphere in there isnt nice at all and I was just made to feel uncomfortable by several members of staff who are rude and clearly have prejudice views that theyre happy to dish out across the salon between themselves. Even in Covid times you would think the salon is extra clean but it is dirty and messy - the busy excuse was used once again. I thought I would give them a second chance due to their many good reviews but I decided not to - dont waste your money or your time in this place!
