Wanted hair lightning with bleach same as I always have at topknot but hair looks almost copper at the roots so can't wear it down. Also cut way to short than I'd asked for. Usually love my hair after visiting but this time has REALLY put me off and I'm embarrassed to walk around with my hair down due to the colour.
