Had to get my rear window wiper replaced on my 2022 Honda Civic. They had the ordered replacement part for about 2 weeks till I was able to make another appointment. I showed up this morning and after waiting 30 minutes they tell me they ordered the wrong part... I live over an hour away so this was a complete wate of time and gas. Severe lack of paying attention to detail and professionalism especially since I bought this brand new Civic just in November from this dealership.

On August 5, 2021 had my car serviced at Harrisonburg Honda. Ive been using the service department at Harrisonburg Honda for several cars for years and never encountered an issue until today. The issue was regarding the unprofessionalism displayed by the Service Manager at the time we were making payment. When questioned about the cost of the service the Service Manager became agitated and combative to the point that he was yelling and throwing the paperwork at the Cashier. After settling the bill I left a message requesting the General Manager contact me to discuss. The next day after I had not received a call, I contacted them again at which point the GM's assistant told me he had been given my message (which was detailed) and it was at his discretion as to whether he returned the call. Three weeks later I have not received a phone call or response to my email sent via their website. Use caution when using the Service Department. Their pricing is questionable (invoice not matching what was discussed prior) and the behavior displayed by Management at the time of service and after indicates a change in how the Dealership is servicing the public.

The best car buying experience period! I always work with Tyler Rich at Harrisonburg Honda. He is very knowledgeable, and very efficient with your time. I have never purchased a car so quickly!

There are LOTS of car dealerships in the area, but as far as Im concerned, theres only one place to buy a car that shares my passion for diving and thats Harrisonburg Honda. As a three-time customer there, I have exactly one associate that Ill work with: Skylar. She makes the experience as informative, comfortable and expedited as possible and goes above and beyond daily to get what I WANT! Great job, Skylar! Thank you.

The worst service department in this area. I walked out from here 5 years ago. There are still a lots problems in the service department now.
