So far I made an appointment and on my arrival they advise me no appointment was made and they were too busy to install the remote start and lots of excuses. Not one person offered to reschedule not one solution was provided. Now 2 weeks later and they won't even answer my calls. Just goes to a message advising me their voicemail isn't set up at that number. This is exactly what all future customers should be expecting when dealing with this company. Such a shame! Edit: look at the condescending message from the owner! Now see what I delt with and what you too could put up with coming here!

This place is way overhyped! I was was extremely optimistic, was hoping to do a complete sound system on my yacht. Walked in there with a friendly attitude, there were two people behind the counter, neither one of them made eye contact whatsoever. They were not on the phone, and not dealing with any customers. Just went about their normal activities, as if I were not even there. I stood there for like 3 minutes until they acknowledged me, and never once made eye contact. Extremely condescending and and no way customer friendly. The very worst part.. I learned that one of them was the owner! These guys are primadonna's in a small pond trying to act like they are big fish! No thank you!
Came in a few months ago. Got all 4 windows and rear windshield tinted on my WRX. Got my car in quick and done in a few hours like they quoted. Tint is perfect a few months later and no bubbling. Highly recommend.

I purchased new headlights about a year and a half ago. One of them went out and I called the store. They replaced the headlight within minutes at no charge! Amped completely honors their warranties and takes care of their customers extremely fast!

This company doesn't care about future business or taking care of current customers. My only advice is go anywhere else to be appreciated as a customer or a potential customer. I made an appointment and when showing for my set appointment they begin to make up excuses instead of advising of any solutions. The owner even goes as far as screening numbers, and not taking any responsibility for his mistakes. Best advice go to bestbuy and that hurts to type. I'm a local guide here on Google and I cannot emphasize enough this is a business to avoid at all costs. Just watch the condescending response the owner leaves instead of offering solutions. The proof is in the pudding. NOT RECOMMENDED! Have a great day. Edit: just as I advise anyone mistakenly about to make a mistake and go through this guy's company. Just imagine I attempted 3 times to be this type of guy un ethical business arrangements. LAST WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS OWNER!!!!
