Hi Niamh Im sorry you feel this way. I left the client I was with to lower you to the floor when you were about to faint whilst having your nails done with one of my therapists, I held a cold compress to your head and put a fan on you. I stayed with you for a good 20 minutes whilst we waited for you mum. When your mum arrived she wanted you to stay and try and continue with the treatment. The therapist continued with your appointment until unfortunately you were sick. At this point I again left my client and came over with a bowl I again applied another cold compress to your head as you were sick. I lead you and your mum to the bathroom from some privacy. You then left the salon. Your mum phoned me and asked if the deposit could be used for your spray tan the next day, this is when I said unfortunately we couldnt do your tan as you had been sick and we ask for 48hrs after a stomach bug before returning to the salon. I was certainly not rude, anyone who knows me, knows people have and always will come before money. I didnt refund the deposit for the day as you had been with us having the treatment for at least an hour. Im sorry we couldnt complete the treatment it wasnt for the lack of trying. The welfare of my clients and my staff always come first. I could have easily allowed you to come back in for your tan taking that money but I put your welfare (being poorly) and the welfare of my staff (the person spraying you) and the welfare of our other clients within the salon first. I went in to get my prom nails and had an appointment the day after for a spray tan, and prior to getting the nails done I paid a deposit. Unfortunately I became unwell during my visit and and was unable to get my nails done. Once returning home we phoned to enquire about getting the deposit back as the service was not done but the manager refused to do so and cancelled my spray tan appointment without consulting me, the day before my prom showing her lack of empathy. The manager was extremely rude on the phone and proceeded to say that I wasted her time by being ill and that she could of made money with another client in the time I was in the salon. Overall, all of the staff were lovely and extremely understanding, however I cannot say the same for the manager and seems to only care about the money she earns from the business rather than the welfare of her clients.
Bridge Beauty is totally amazing. I have been to various beauty salons across Chandlers Ford in the many years I have lived here and it is truly THE BEST. The ladies who work there are amazing, have great knowledge, welcoming, kind and caring. Hannah, who owns the salon is fantastic too. You are made to feel welcome, it's a kind, caring and cozy environment. I had a massage with Hannah not too long ago. I was really stressed out. She worked wonders and by the time she had finished I felt so relaxed and so much better. The level of empathy and understanding is outstanding. I'll recommend Hannah and her wonderful team time and time again.
I love Bridge Beauty! Having discovered it a couple of years ago I've been back 4 times for waxing, pedicure, manicure and eye brow shaping. I can honestly say everything is 10 out of 10 every time! The salon is so pretty, Hannah and her team are very welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend!
I have had various treatments at the salon which were all done exactly as I wanted if not better than expected. Ive been to 4 different therapists at Bridge Beauty, including the owner, and everyone has been so lovely. See you next week!
Hannah and her team are so welcoming and friendly. I have been a client for nearly 10 years now Hannah always puts my needs first, I usually feel dizzy whilst laying flat for treatments so the couch is always raised for me. Even if its not Hannah doing the treatment the message is always passed on. These little details make Bridge Beauty what it is.... friendly, welcoming and personal.
