They are running a multi-level marketing scheme with modifications to appear legitimate. They require employees to work long hours for low pay. Do not work here or support their business practices.
Feels like a predatory marketing company that favors low wages, poor scheduling, and lack of management in their own training team. Saftey for clients seem to be bottom priority, i was greeted by staff with no face coverings and pet dander in the air. Employees showing up in casual attire dressing in the workplace. Left a bad taste in my mouth for what seemed like a promising venture. Think twice if health saftey is important to you.
Jen was such a joy to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She allowed my wife. to try all the chairs (of course we went with the top of line haha) but she had great knowledge on all and the difference in all the features. She helped us make an informed decision and we are beyond excited to get our chair. Jenn is a definite asset to your team and sales force with here knowledge and wonderful engaging personality. I went to Costco, looking to just buy a 4 dollar bag of salad, and ended up walking away with a 4000 dollar massage chair. I saw it out of the corner of my eye as I walked past and then I had to come back. The salesperson, I think her name was Larissa, was absolutely great. She wasn't trying to be pushy, or aggressive, but instead was informative about the product and had me try out a couple different chairs. Then she explained to me about the process, but the real seller was the warranty. I hate when higher priced items have 1 year warranties, cause after 12 months and 1 day it breaks. She gave me the warranty options and I was sold. As I live with my sister, I needed to ask her where we could put this monstrocity, but after that was sorted, it was a done deal. One of the best costco, kiosk sales experiences I've ever had. I personally try to not make direct eye contact with those direct TV or charter communication guys, but this was a great. Thanks for the experience and I look forward to blocking out the world in Zero Gravity! -updated. Chair got delivered. Paid 250 for white glove service which included a training session. They just dropped off the chair. Im still figuring stuff out on it. Contacted the rep. No response after 3 weeks.
