Update: Usually I work with another barber and it's been consistently brilliant (kudos to Yohei), due to availability of him I booked with Fausto this time and it's the most unpleasant hair salon experience I had in years. With a very aloof attitude the barber rudely shredded my hair in a lightning fast speed. Speechlessly he managed to finish the job in about 15 minutes (which is supposed to be done in 25min, according to their website) and walked away. I never expected to be treated like a God by being a customer but this guy made me feel like a servant, humble and unimportant. Original: I got what I want every time I walked out.

Super neat hair salon with a ton of vibe and character. Was visiting NYC and got accommodated last minute for a mens haircut with Masa, who was super polite and extremely detailed with his work. Not surprised at the high reviews this place gets. Prices arent the cheapest in the area but appreciated I could come and trust Id get a good cut. :)

dont book through the app. i just booked an appointment online for today, commuted through sluggish heat for 30min only to be told i was erroneously booked through their system for a random day in the week. really poor experience and a waste of my time.
