Horrible experience. I have gone to Aveda salons for over twenty years because I have always had a quality experience. Unfortunately, not at this salon. I asked for an allover color and wanted to go darker but specifically said not black and no drastic highlights. I came out with black hair and blonde highlights. I told the stylist I was not happy and they offered to fix it. I came back the next day and they scheduled me with a stylist in training, which I did not know at the time. Half way through my treatment she said she had never used toner before. While she was washing my hair I had water running down my face and shampoo in my ears. She then burned my scalp with a blow dryer. At that point I just wanted to leave. I got home and the toner only took to the top layer so most of the blonde was still there. My scalp has burned for three weeks so I am not able to go to another salon to get it fixed.

The bigger lady with the blonde hair did my cut and style. She really wasnt friendly. Seemed like she didnt care much to have anything to do with me and like she just found me downright disgusting and less than her. Wont be coming back unless 180 salon on the square is fully booked

I am so happy with my experience at Pure salon in Indianola! Haliegh did my hair and did an AMAZING job!! She made me feel so beautiful and I am so in love with my hair. Scheduling was very easy and everyone was so kind and welcoming.
