1 star cause the guy knew what he was talking about, but the haircut came out terribly. Was way too short and the sides didn't have the layering I was used to at my old place at all. Would stay away if you're used to a traditional scissor cut

Hit up Marco at 12 Pell because hes great! Marco gave me excellent consultation about my hair and taught me a thing or two about how to style it. Then when he was cutting it he made sure I understood the direction he was trying to paint with my hair every step of the way. The end result? A two thumbs up from my partner - a tough audience - and a haircut that made me look FLY. So when youre here, make sure you request for Marco! Worth the trip and every dollar!

Heard this place from a friend who was impressed by their eye for detail, and knowledge. Needed a last minute haircut, and luckily they had a walk in available (as most of their barbers are scheduled out pretty far in advance). Marco was my barber, and I was very impressed with his education, patience, and attention to detail. He did not hesitate to educate me from maintenance, haircare, and styling tips. He even made the extra effort to text me with a quick summary of what he mentioned. Definitely top customer service. Will come again.
