This was the worst beard trim ever. Before making an appointment I asked to make sure it was straight blade and then when I arrived the lady (extremely kind, but cant remember name) asked if she could do a trimmer instead because it was easier. I didnt prefer this, but it didnt seem like she had straight blade experience. Then, I repeated multiple times to not change the shape of the beard, I only wanted it taken down in length and cleaned up. She ended up taking it down on a single side and now my beard looks lopsided with a gaping hole on one side. My wedding event is tomorrow and theres no way to fix it. Someone who doesnt take care of a beard shouldnt be giving beard trims.

Very good spot! I'm normally a Great Clips kind of guy, but I went here a few times leading up to my wedding. Samantha "Sam" did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend.
