Started shopping around for windows in March 2021, signed a contract with Feldco early April. Made a down payment all was well. Due to pandemic, we had some issues obtaining the approval from HoA. Even to this point, it was going somewhat well. All were approved but the door due to color it was denied. Picked out the right color, Feldco resubmitted the paperwork for some reason we had not heard back from the HoA for two months. I did the footwork and found out Feldco had been sending the email to the wrong address but for some reason, no one caught it (ever hear of bounce back?) and just kept informing we are still waiting. Feldco then cancelled my contract and two days later HoA approved the door. I called Feldco and requested a new rep as I was not happy with my original one. It was denied so I wrote to the GM and just played phone tags after explaining to him what had happened. I also visited the showroom in Des Plaines as it was on my way to work, had no one who could process my payment... (it's called Square, might want to Google it). I was given a phone number and there was obviously a internal communication break down as she wanted to know if I was paying off the rest of my balance. I explained the situation and stated she couldn't help me. Third failure is enough, I'm glad they cancelled the contract.

**Updating review from 2 stars to 1 star. Feldco replied to this and stated someone would reach out in 24-48 hours and no one did** Feldcos communication and follow up after sale is terrible. Ordered four exterior doors in April 2021. Was quoted 12 weeks for manufacturing install. No problem. Get a call to setup install in September. Installer comes, does a great job and installs two of the doors. Two doors were cut too short and need to be remanufactured. I was told the Installation Manager would call me the next day. Never heard from him. Texted my sales rep and explained the situation. He gave me a name and number to call. Never heard back. I called the customer service line - no one has any idea whats going on with my order and they ask to call me back. They never call back. I try emailing customer support and no one responds. I try emailing again - finally someone calls me with an update that they are waiting to hear from the manufacturer countless hours of my time just to get a response. And now its almost two months later and I still havent gotten an update on my two remaining doors. When I call to get an update, I get directed to a service mailbox where I leave a message and they never call me back. I cant recommend Feldco strictly because of their communication and customer service issues. Installer was 4 stars.

While my doors took a bit longer than estimated, once they were in, I love them! They also came twice to measure and review the plans as I live in an older house and wanted to keep the stained glass above the doors. Highly recommended.

I guess this will probably the only way I get any response from them. Called a couple of times and someone is "supposed" to call me back. I'm still waiting for my call back from November. Had issue with windows and a piece of flashing falling off. I called office close to home, then called corporate and still no call back. 3 stars for poor customer service.
