Dear Bianca We are very sorry that you were unhappy with the result, on the day the balayage was made, your hair looked very beautiful. It is difficult to objectively assess the result since you posted one photoshopped picture of balayage and two pictures of your hair without styling after washing.. During both your and Erinns text consultation as well as during your discussion before the appointment, Erinn explained that if residual color was still in your hair that it would absolutely effect the way the hair would lift. Once the hair started to lift it was apparent that this was the case even though you said you thought the color was gone. Erinn went in with more lightener. It helped. Erinn had to use an enormous amount of product and it took 4 hours. Your appointment was scheduled promptly so Erinn never felt hurried, judging by the photos that were taken in the salon on the day of coloring , Erinn did the very best she could. You can see your hair pictures in our gallery Erinn appreciated your in person reaction when you said you loved it. Our pictures look nice. This Is why we had no idea that you felt this way. We take the quality of our work very seriously and your situation is easy to fix . We will be happy if you entrust your hair to one of our best colorist Olena for color correction. I made an appointment for a balayage and even sent a picture to the stylist of what I wanted done to my hair. I ended up leaving with bad highlights, some reaching to the top of my roots that were very patchy and uneven, three completely different tones of blonde distributed throughout my whole head, and had the highlights at the nape of my neck close to platinum blonde if not gray. Nothing close to what I asked for to say the least. Very disappointed since I ended up having to spend $500 for not only something I didnt ask for but a lot of unnecessary damage to my hair. Its disheartening considering its taken many years and a lot of time and effort to grow out my hair and restore it back to being healthy again due to previous damage in the past. Im not sure if the reasoning for this to happen was due to the stylist (Erinn) rushing to get to her next client or maybe becoming lazy due to the amount of time my hair was taking but either way its extremely unacceptable for a professional to mess up this bad on something they went to school for to get certified in, absolutely none. I added pictures of my hair before I got it done, what I wanted, and what I ended up getting. 2/10 would not recommend, excuse me while I go brush my hair that now feels as crunchy as a bag of Doritos.

I was trying to make an appointment with this place. I accidentally called them two other times on my phone after calling them. My mistake. But they disgustingly answered the phone and proceeded to ask me what I was SMOKING because I had called them way too much. Very dissatisfied.
