I had an appointment with April this past weekend. First of all, her area was absolutely disgusting- floor and sink. It was early in the morning and not after an entire day of work so it was obvious nothing had been cleaned in several days or longer. At the very least the sink should be rinsed in between appointments! The sink was so gross and had other peoples hair all over it and she didnt even rinse it before having me lay back to get my color washed out..it took everything in me not to say something. I really felt like I needed to rewash it in my clean shower at home after leaving there. My color was not at all evenand she tried to say it was because I had a lot of outgrowth and theres only so much I can do. Ive highlighted my hair for 20 years now and as a busy mom have many times not gotten back as quickly as I would have liked and have not had any issues getting an even highlight so that excuse is ridiculous. In addition, she was asking my opinion on how to fix it- I am not a stylist and have no idea about toner colors etc. She did end up getting some advice from the owner on how to fix it and after another foil set, toner treatment and 3.5 LONG hours, I left looking okay but I missed lunch with husband and no discount was offered for the inconvenience or anything else for that matter. It was the 2nd worst experience I have ever had at a salon in 20 years so that says a lot!

I went and got my hair dyed here and explained exactly what I wanted and she didnt do what I wanted. She was in such a hurry to get my hair done she didnt really care about it looking good. When I went up to pay she tried to change the price that I was quoted so I would pay more. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Very Impressed! Alysha did an amazing job! This was my daughter's first cut and color and she is beyond happy! It not only looks great but the prices are beyond reasonable and the girls are super friendly! We will definitely be repeat customers.

I received a haircut from April, and while she was very friendly and seemed like a nice person, her hair cutting abilities were obviously limited. I'm not a very picky person, and I asked for a relatively simple/straightforward haircut, but it was poorly done and extremely uneven/jagged. She mentioned that she had a lot going on in her life and that I was her only customer for the day, so maybe the poor haircut was a result of the fact that she was in a rush, but even after I pointed out the issues with the unevenness/jaggedness, she was unable to fix it properly. (She was also about 10 minutes late to our appointment, which wouldn't have been a big deal by itself, but added to the poor experience). Ultimately, I ended up going to another hair salon to get my haircut fixed. Do not recommend and will not be returning.
