Manager at the front was super rude. He double booked me and instead of feeling sorry he just says come back next time. Will be looking for a new place to get my haircuts. Update: Decided to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time since it was right before Thanksgiving weekend. In the meantime, the manager sees my review, comes over to me and curses at me. Being an adult I think he handled the situation very well. A little backstory. I have been coming here for about two years, went through three stylists: Michelle, Ivy, and now with Yuri. The back staff is amazing but always found it strange the turnover rate of stylists here. I work in San Francisco so whenever I am in town needing a haircut this was my go to. Now I know the culprit. Sad. Support better business in Irvine. There are other salons. Oh I have a video of my encounter with him on my way out. He wanted me to let you all know he is actually the owner and more cursing. Pathetic.
Great haircut and very pleasant experience. Everyone is very polite and committed to customer service. My stylist (Sunnie) moved quickly, but took her time to make sure she did it right and didn't rush through anything. She cut my hair based on my hair type, and made sure it would look good. She was very detail oriented and made sure everything was even and symmetric.
Just a haircut costed $60.00 plus tip was unexpected but great service tho
