I had my toes painted here a couple of weeks ago (remove old varnish and repaint - I even bought my own polish to use) and was charged 30. The advertised price is 16. When I queried the cost the young lady behind the counter said I had been in there longer than 15 minutes. It's hardly my fault if it takes longer than 15 minutes and I doubt that a decent job could be completed in that time. I won't be going back!

Would highly recommend choosing to get your Laser Hair Removal done with Body Beautique at Chequers - I have been having laser hair removal done by Siobhan for just over a year and both the results and customer service are amazing. Absolutely butchered my eye brows! NEVER EVER AGAIN!! The damage will remain for another month..so much so the beautician recognised this and called foh for me not to pay...should I be requesting some form of compensation? She waxed off a huge chunk of my eye brow before a gig, while I work front of house and right before a huge holiday. Every time the wind blows I grab my hair to cover my face . Whereas earlier today I had my head up saying hello to everyone that walked past reception. Right now I want to go home, really really disappointed. Oh and now I need to buy make up and learn how to draw on eye brows... before tonight, where as previously I HAD EYE BROWS. This place charges 16. They should never ever make mistakes so severe. Well...that's my opinion...I will never come back, the quality is utterly inconsistent and now I am looking at eye brow wigs as I work 16 hour days and need my face to be perfect all day for my work. THANKS FOR A MONTH OF REGROWTH HELL. I have no confidence in Chequers Hair and Beauty or looking people in the face since visiting. I will take back my messy eye brows any day! UTTERLY USELESS.
