Heather, Sorry to hear about your bfs bad experience. Right now we do not have a licensed barber on staff, we are all cosmetologists and cant use straight razors on face. My bf just got a haircut here last week and they did him dirty. They didnt even have a straight razor to even line up his hair cut or beard. The back of his head is not even at all. How are you named chicago buzz and cant even buzz hair right??? 0 stars.
