Was told by client and father of the child short was fine but NOT bald. My husband even said something to Jim like we said not bald and he totally ignored it. My child came out literally bald like a 1 bald. He composed himself while in the shop but was extremely upset when he got to the car. Immediately asked to buy a hat right then cause he didnt want anyone to see his head. To top it off we have school pictures in a few weeks and we have no hair. Will never return.
