All staff are lovely and polite. Unfortunately I rate this so low due to booking an appointment and waiting around 40 minutes for someone to realise I had been waiting and my appointment was missed. I arrived a few minutes early and I very much appreciate this is such a busy time with lockdown alleviating, though I won't be returning for that as well as the price of my service (27.50 for a wash, cut and rough dry as well as being a student). My partner also had his hair cut here as well and the staff were again as pleasant and kind. Though his hair was not parted correctly and has strange long parts of his hair as it was not parted naturally before cutting. Apologies as I appreciate I might be sounding very naggy; I just expected a bit better for the price I was paying. Wish you all the very best.

Unfortunately when you are late for your appointment we wouldnt be able to provide the best service we aim, and it wouldnt be unfair to all other clients whos services would have been delayed, thats why we felt its best to reschedule the appointment to a later time. In your case this was only 30 minutes later, however due to your husbands impoliteness, we decided not carry out your service. He was not patient enough to hear out what the stylist had to say, and as soon as he heard we have to reschedule your appointment he turned around and said, F*** o** to her on the phone. We see this as really inappropriate behaviour and the lack of respect for others, and do not tolerate such behavior in our salon. We are glad we did not carry out the service for you and your husband in this instance. So the 1 star review here we received was out of frustration on us refusing to serve you. Due to your husbands disrespectful attitude towards our staff, not our unprofessional behavior. Thank you Sam

Really bad experience just now! I was booked in for ten pass one (the time given to me by them) arrived in time my husband decided to call them right before arriving to let them know we were maybe going to be three or four min late to find parking (we hadnt realised we were actuallyin front of it) so we were actually even two min early,. The person who answered straight told him" they definitely would not take me in becouse i was ten minutes late and it wasnt posible that I would have been booked in for ten pass becouse they dont work like that and they had back to back apointments" he then aske to speak to the person who booked me in which she then said "she wasnt available she had gone home early" bad customer service!

Lovely, happy hairstylists overthere but felt a bit dissatisfied with the care for my hair after such a long waiting due to the lockdown measures . I understand they are very busy this period and perhaps tired and overwhelmed with all the appointments but for me being so excited finally having a fresh haircut was left with a bitter experience. 40 for a little change in my hair length.
