I had to wait until this book came back into stock and loved my last one so much that I ordered 4. As I was patiently waiting, I got a notification that I was being refunded. Not from the Happy Planner though, it was through the Shop app that tracks orders...this same exact thing happened with a set of extender metal discs. I sent an email about it and hadnt received a response, but saw these were back on stock so I went ahead and purchased. I still hadnt heard anything about the discs when a package arrived from the happy planner only containing a pencil case (not these books, another tiny book or a list pad that I ordered). I went to the chat because I didnt get a response via email. Waited over an hour and was restarted my place in queue TWICE for them to just send me over to email (without me asking). I wanted to chat to get it squared away because I was frustrated, annoyed and felt like the customer service was subpar. I finally got a response from Steven who was pleasant but basically said that the items were out of stock and there was no way they could have known the amount of items in inventory versus what was purchased and my order was a rare oversight on their behalf. Thats not cool at all, because once happy planner knew they were out of stock, they could have informed me but instead they didnt. Also this order was placed 1/27/21. As of 2/7/21, ALL of the items (tiny black and white, tiny colorful boxes, & yellow classic half sheet today) are STILL LISTED ON THE SITE AS IF THEY ARE NOT OUT OF STOCK! This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. I am a newbie and have spent a lot of money through the happy planner because of all the hype, but Im done. Its not worth it. UPDATE: the tiny colorful boxes are now listed as sold out

I shopped at their online store about once every couple months and I love their planner and stickers and other things! The Happy Planner is awesome and Thanks for everything! I will be fan for life! Also I am on second year now!
