Nothing about ADA accommodations for people with special needs prominent or anywhere I could find on website. When WILL this become more of a consideration? Floorplans and designs should reflect level entries, bathrooms clearly marked with ANSI required 40" turning radiuses, wall hung sinks, kitchen storage with access for wheelchair-users, cooktops without cabinet underneath, lowered features, fewer barriers, etc. There are UNIVERSAL DESIGN features that are better housing choices for everyone, and help aging factors.

I don Not recommend this company! They only had someone working on my house about every other week and about 2 days out of the week, I walaughed at for wanting things to my standard and one week into the house and the cabinets are falling apart and there was so many attempts at getting the tile layers right in my master bath and it still isnt correct even after moving in and I was assured it would be fixed but havent heard from anyone yet. I would love to share pictures but dont know how
